station Pertisau - Dien-Mut-Weg (Path of Reflection) St. Notburga

Summer stories with Emperor Maximilian I

The Dien-Mut-Weg St. Notburga was built by Italian war prisoners during the First World War. The basic idea of a service to others was the basis for the design of the path of reflection. This service was already lived and realised by St. Notburga and the prisoners. A total of 18 stations with their sculptures and sayings encourage physical, mental, and spiritual movement.

The path leads through an idyllic forest. Benches offer plenty of opportunities for rest, self-reflection, and recuperation. The walking time is roughly 1 hour.

A detailed brochure with many photos of the stations can be downloaded here.
