Winter hiking programme Achensee

During winter, the Achensee region is transformed into a dreamlike landscape. One of the best ways to experience the sparkling winter wonderland is to join our ranger-guided walks, where the knowledgeable guides share information about the Nature Park Karwendel and how to respect the natural environment. You will also explore the habitats of local animals and search for their tracks, and the nature park rangers will bring a spotting scope for viewing wildlife in the distance. In addition, the varied educational tours include interesting facts about snow types, native plants, and how to identify flower and leaf buds. The guided winter walks occur from 18 December 2023 to 15 March 2024.
